The Biz Mode app allows staff members to log in to their MINDBODY appointment schedule and see their appointments in list, day, month, or detailed view. This application provides a perfect solution for on-the-go service providers that need to peek at their appointment schedules while away from their computers.


Requirements:
1.Active staff login within a MINDBODY system

2.iPhone using most recent version of official operating system released from Apple


Setup
1.Once the MINDBODY Biz Mode app is installed on your iPhone, tap it once to open the app.

2.Search for the MINDBODY business that you are trying to log in to.

3.Enter your staff username and password.


Schedule Views
The Biz Mode App has four views:

1.List View – similar to iPhone calendar's list view

2.Day View – similar to MINDBODY's single day, appointment view

3.Month View – similar to iPhone month view

4.Detail View – once an appointment is selected, the following information is displayed:

oClient Info
-Name
-Photo
-Client's email and phone information (can be touched to call or email)

oAppointment Info
-Date
-Session Type
-Start and end times
-Status (Booked, Confirmed, Arrived, Completed, or No Show)
-Location
-Whether it's the first day that your client has taken an appointment at your services
-Whether or not the client specifically requested you for the appointment
-Whether or not payment has been applied
-Appointment notes


Future versions of the MINDBODY Biz Mode App will include:

•The display of unavailable or available appointment booking times

•The ability to book clients for classes, workshops, and appointments

•Class and workshop schedules

•Sales reporting
